Requirement to provide information: Termly progress4.

(1)

The head teacher of every maintained school must make arrangements for providing the information in Part 1 of Schedule 2 (“the termly information”).

(2)

The termly information must be provided before the end of each school term.

(3)

The termly information must be made available to—

(a)

each adult pupil,

(b)

the parent of each adult pupil (if the head teacher considers there to be special circumstances which make it appropriate), or

(c)

the parent of each pupil in the case of all other registered pupils at the school.

(4)

The termly information may be provided in such form as the head teacher reasonably considers appropriate.
