PART 3Requirements relating to meetings

Paragraph 2 of Schedule 3 to the National Park Authorities (Wales) Order 1995 M1 (annual meetings) is to be read as if—
(a)
“(1A)
But in 2020, the annual meeting is to be on such day in that year, and at such hour, as is fixed by the chair of the Authority after consulting the proper officer of the Authority.”;
(b)
in sub-paragraph (2), at the beginning there were inserted “Other than in 2020,”.
