Changes to Legislation

Efallai na fydd deddfwriaeth ddiwygiedig sydd ar y safle hwn yn gwbl gyfoes. Ar hyn o bryd mae unrhyw newidiadau neu effeithiau hysbys a wnaed gan ddeddfwriaeth ddilynol wedi’u gwneud i destun y ddeddfwriaeth yr ydych yn edrych arni gan y tîm golygyddol. Mae paragraff 41 o Atodlen 12 i Ddeddf 1972 i’w darllen, mewn perthynas ag unrhyw awdurdod lleol y mae’r paragraff hwnnw yn gymwys iddo (yn rhinwedd unrhyw ddeddfiad), fel pe bai—

(a)

yn is-baragraff (1), “or (2A)” wedi ei fewnosod ar ôl “sub-paragraph (2)”;

(b)

y canlynol wedi ei fewnosod ar ôl is-baragraff (2)—

“(2A)

Notwithstanding anything in any enactment or rule of law to the contrary, the minutes of the proceedings of a meeting of a local authority held after the Local Authorities (Coronavirus) (Meetings) (Wales) Regulations 2020 come into force and before 1 May 2021 may be drawn up in a document, and that document must be authenticated by the person who presided at that meeting; and any minute purporting to be so authenticated must be received in evidence without further proof.”;
