Explanatory note

Commencement2.

(1)

Regulation 1 and this regulation come into force on the 21st day after the day on which they are laid before Parliament.

(2)

Regulations 3, 4, 10, 11, 16 and 17 come into force when section 100 of the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 comes fully into force.

(3)

Regulations 5 to 9, 12 to 15 and 18 come into force when section 86 of the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 comes fully into force.
