These Regulations may be cited as the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 (Consequential and Other Amendments) Regulations 2025.

This regulation and regulation 2 extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

An amendment or repeal made by regulations 3 to 18 has the same extent as the provision amended or repealed.
