Explanatory note

Amendment to regulation 3AA6.

In paragraph (5) of regulation 3AA (requirements relating to tests)5, after sub-paragraph (c) insert—

“(ca)

a person described in paragraph 1(1A) (G7 attendees etc.) of Schedule 2;”.
