Amendment of regulation 61 of the GMS Regulations18.
(1)
Regulation 61 of the GMS Regulations (restrictions on prescribing by medical practitioners) is amended as follows.
(2)
For “listed medicines”, at each place where it occurs (twice), substitute “listed prescription items”
.
(3)
In paragraph (3)(c)(ii), for “listed medicine” substitute “listed prescription item”
