(1)
The functions of the constituent councils described in section 17A (sharing of information) of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998 M1 are exercisable by the Combined Authority in relation to the Area.
(2)
The Combined Authority is a relevant authority for the purposes of section 115 (disclosure of information) of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998 M2.
(3)
The functions mentioned in paragraph (1) are exercisable concurrently with the constituent councils.
