Explanatory note

Citation, commencement, extent and application1.

These Regulations may be cited as the Health Protection (Coronavirus, International Travel and Operator Liability) (England) (Amendment) (No. 13) Regulations 2021.

Save as provided in paragraph (3), these Regulations come into force at 4.00 a.m. on 4th October 2021.

Regulation 25(3) comes into force at 4.00 a.m. on 25th October 2021.

These Regulations extend to England and Wales, and apply in relation to England only.
