Part 1Introductory

Citation and commencement1.

(1)

These Regulations may be cited as the Taking Account of Convictions (EU Exit) (Amendment) Regulations 2020 and come into force immediately before IP completion day.

(2)

If these Regulations are made before the commencement date within the meaning of the Sentencing Act 20202, nothing in section 1 of the Sentencing (Pre-consolidation Amendments) Act 20203 affects the operation of any amendment made by these Regulations.
