Coming into force in accordance with regulation 1

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 8(1) of, paragraph 7 of Schedule 4 and paragraph 21 of Schedule 7 to, the European Union Withdrawal Act 2018 M1, makes the following Regulations.

In accordance with paragraph 1(1) of Schedule 7 to that Act, a draft of these Regulations was laid before and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
