15Measures specified in schemes

The Transport Act 2000 is amended as follows.

In section 138A(6)(b) (contents of schemes), for the words from “routes in” to “local services” substitute “local services in the whole or part of that area”
.
(3)
In section 138D(2)(a) (measures specified in scheme), omit “serving the routes” (in both places).
