Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (c. 53)

In section 5 of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 as it forms part of the law of England and Wales (rehabilitation periods for particular sentences)—

(a)

in subsection (1)(d), after “or section 209” insert “or 224B”;

(b)

in subsection (8), in paragraph (f) of the definition of “custodial sentence”, after “209” insert “or 224B”.
