In section 46(3) of that Act—

(a)

for “an order under section 143 of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980 alters the sums specified in section 37(2) above” substitute “
regulations under paragraph 5 of Schedule 23 to the Sentencing Act 2020 alter the sums specified in section 122(1) of the Sentencing Code
”;

(b)

for “the order” substitute “

”.
