Procedure

(1)

The Agency may—

(a)

regulate its own procedure (including quorum), and

(b)

regulate the procedure (including quorum) of its committees and sub-committees.

(2)

But the Agency must make provision for a quorum for meetings of each of its committees and sub-committees to include at least one person who is a member of the Agency or a member of its staff.
