Citation, commencement and effect1.

(1)

These Regulations may be cited as the National Health Service Superannuation and Pension Schemes (Miscellaneous Amendment) (Scotland) Regulations 2025 and come into force on 31 October 2025.

(2)

These Regulations have effect from 1 April 2025, subject to paragraphs (3) to (11).

(3)

Regulations 13 and 19 have effect from 1 April 2008.

(4)

Regulations 9, 12, 16, 18, 24(5), (6), (7), (8)(b), (9) and (10) and 33 have effect from 1 April 2015.

Regulations 8, 11, 15 and 17 have effect from 6 April 2020.

Regulations 27 and 31 have effect from 1 October 2022.

Regulation 37 has effect from 1 April 2023.
