PART 5Amendments to the National Health Service Pension Scheme (Scotland) Regulations 2015

Amendment of regulation 5928.

In regulation 59 (determination of contribution payable), for paragraph (5) substitute—

“(5)

An amendment under paragraph (4)(b) must not affect the contributions payable during that year under any option, except an option under which contributions begin to be paid after the date on which the amendment takes effect.”.
