Explanatory note

Amendment to regulation 76.

In regulation 7 (testing prior to arrival: interpretation), in paragraph (2)(b), omit the words after “valid if” and insert—

“(i)

it is provided through the EU Digital Covid Certificate, or

(ii)

it includes the information specified in regulation 9(2).”
