Explanatory note

Amendment to regulation 4311.

(1)

Regulation 43 (requirement to ensure passengers possess notification of a negative test result) is amended as follows.

(2)

In paragraph (3), after sub-paragraph (b) insert—

“(ba)

to whom schedule 5A applies who is in possession of the written confirmation described in paragraph 1(4)(b) or (8)(d) of that schedule,”.
