Citation and commencement1.

These Regulations may be cited as the Health Protection (Coronavirus) (International Travel and Operator Liability) (Scotland) Amendment (No. 4) Regulations 2021.

Subject to paragraph (3), these Regulations come into force at 4.00 a.m. on 9 October 2021.

Regulations 13 and 14 come into force at 4.00 a.m. on 11 October 2021.
