Amendment to Part 3 (testing prior to arrival in Scotland)5.

For regulation 8(1) (requirement to possess notification of negative test result) substitute—

“(1)

Subject to regulation 10 (persons not required to comply), this regulation applies to a person (“P”) who is—

(a)

a red list arrival, or

(b)

an arrival who is not an eligible vaccinated arrival.”.
