CHAPTER 1Prevention orders

Qualifying offences for sexual offences prevention orders25

(1)

In Schedule 5 to the Sexual Offences Act 2003, after paragraph 163 insert—

“163A

An offence under Article 68 of the Children (Northern Ireland) Order 1995 (abduction of children in care, etc.).”.

(2)

Section 130(3) (as read with (4)(a)) of that Act (so far as relating to section 106 of that Act) applies to the amendment made by this section.
