In Schedule 3 to the Sexual Offences Act 2003 (sexual offences for purposes of notification requirements)—

(a)

omit paragraph 92HA;

(b)

after paragraph 92I insert—

“92IA

An offence under Article 22A of that Order (sexual communication with a child).”.
