The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 is amended as follows.

In section 1 (traffic regulation orders outside Greater London), in subsection (3B)—

(a)

omit paragraph (a);

(b)

omit paragraph (b).

In Schedule 9, in paragraph 27, omit sub-paragraph (3).
