(1)
The Education and Skills Act 2008 is amended as follows.
(2)
In section 66 (interpretation), in subsection (1), in the definition of “apprenticeship agreement”—
(a)
omit the words “an apprenticeship agreement within the meaning given in section 32 of the Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009 or”;
(b)
for “that Act” substitute “the Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009”
.

“(c)
the Commission for Tertiary Education and Research.”
