Part 2His Majesty’s Chief Inspector of Education in Scotland

Establishment

36Assistance with inspections

(1)

The Chief Inspector may appoint such persons as appear to the Chief Inspector to be suitable to assist in the carrying out of inspections.

(2)

Such a person is—

(a)

to be paid such remuneration or allowances (including expenses) as the Chief Inspector, with the approval of the Scottish Ministers, determines, and

(b)

otherwise to hold office in accordance with such other terms and conditions as the Chief Inspector, with the approval of the Scottish Ministers, determines.
