37Mental health: removal of need for witnessing of signature of nominated person
(1)
The Mental Health (Care and Treatment) (Scotland) Act 2003 is modified as follows.

In section 250(2A) (nomination of named person)—
(a)
after paragraph (b), the word “and” is repealed,
(b)
paragraph (c) is repealed.
