36Freedom of information: giving notice electronically

The Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 is modified as follows.

In section 74(1)(a) (giving of notice etc.)—
(a)
after sub-paragraph (i), the word “or” is repealed,
(b)
after sub-paragraph (ii) insert
“, or
“(iii)
transmitted by electronic means,”.
