(1)
The Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009 is amended as follows.
(2)
Omit—
(a)
section 2 (meaning of completing Welsh apprenticeship);
(b)
sections 7 to 12 (apprenticeship certificates and frameworks);
(c)
sections 18 to 22 (apprenticeship frameworks);
(d)
sections 28 to 36 (apprenticeship standards and agreements);
(e)
sections 38 and 39 (apprenticeship sectors and interpretation).

In section 262 (orders and regulations), in subsection (9), omit “under Chapter 1 of Part 1 (other than an order under section 10) or”.
