SCHEDULE 4MINOR AND CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS
School Standards and Framework Act 1998 (c. 31)

(1)
The School Standards and Framework Act 1998 is amended as follows.
(2)
In section 49 (maintained schools to have delegated budgets), in subsection (6), in paragraph (b) omit “section 75(2)(b) of,”.
(3)
In Part 1 of Schedule 22 (disposals of land: foundation and voluntary schools in Wales)—
(a)
in paragraph 1, in sub-paragraph (1)(aa) omit “, under that paragraph as applied by section 76(1) of that Act”;
(b)
in paragraph 2, in sub-paragraph (1)(aa) omit “, under either of those paragraphs as applied by section 76(1) or (3) of that Act”;
(c)
in paragraph 2A, in sub-paragraph (1)(aa) omit “, under that paragraph as applied by section 76(1) of that Act”;
(d)
in paragraph 3, in sub-paragraph (1)(aa) omit “, under those paragraphs as applied by section 76(1) or (3) of that Act”.
(4)
In Schedule 30 (minor and consequential amendments), omit paragraphs 125 and 126.
