Her Majesty The Queen has approved the appointment of 101 barristers and solicitors as new Queen’s Counsel (QC) in England and Wales. Of the 101 new silks there are: • 45 women (of 72 who applied). • 15 from an ethnic minority (of 38 who applied) • 5 solicitor advocates (of 21 who applied)
