In regulation 2(2) of the Electronic Communications Code (Conditions and Restrictions) Regulations 200320—

(a)

in the definition of “conservation area”—

(i)

in sub-paragraph (a), omit “and Wales”;

(ii)

after sub-paragraph (a) insert—

“(aa)

in relation to Wales, any area designated as a conservation area under section 158 of the Historic Environment (Wales) Act 2023;”;
