(1)
If any person set out in regulation 5(5) considers the annual information provided does not contain all the information required by regulation 5 that person may request the head teacher provide the missing information.
(2)
Any request pursuant to paragraph (1) must—
(a)
be made in writing, and
(b)
set out the information requested.
(3)
The head teacher must comply with such a request within 15 school days of receiving it.
(4)
Paragraph (1) does not apply if the information referred to in the request has previously been made available to the adult pupil or the pupil’s parent under these Regulations.
