The Welsh Ministers make these Regulations in exercise of the power conferred by paragraph 13(1) of Schedule 29 to the Coronavirus Act 20201.

2020 c. 7. Schedule 29 is introduced by section 81 of the Act. By virtue of paragraph 1(3)(b) of Schedule 29, the Welsh Ministers are the “relevant national authority” in relation to Wales.
