Legislation – The Health and Care Act 2022 (Commencement No. 9) Regulations 2024

These Regulations bring into force section 169(5) of the Health and Care Act 2022 (c. 31) (“the Act”) on 9th September 2024. Section 169(5) amends the definition of “medical examiner” in section 41 of the Births and Deaths Registration Act 1953 (c. 20).
