Citation, commencement and extent1.

(1)

These Regulations may be cited as the Police and Crime Commissioner Elections (Returning Officers’ Accounts) Regulations 2024 and come into force on 16th March 2024.

(2)

These Regulations extend to England and Wales.

(3)

These Regulations do not apply in relation to an election for which the date of poll, as specified in the notice of election published in accordance with rule 4 in Part 1 of Schedule 3 to the Police and Crime Commissioner Elections Order 20122, is on or before 1st May 2024.
