Amendment of the Statutory Sick Pay (General) Regulations 19822.
(1)
The Statutory Sick Pay (General) Regulations 19823 are amended as follows.
(2)
In regulation 2(1)—
(a)
in sub-paragraph (a)(iii), after the words “contract of service,”, insert “or”
;
(b)
omit sub-paragraphs (c) and (d).
(3)
Regulation 2(4) is omitted.
(4)
Schedules 1 and 2 are omitted.
