Explanatory note

Citation, commencement, extent, application and interpretation1.

These Regulations may be cited as the Health Protection (Coronavirus, International Travel and Operator Liability) (England) (Amendment) (No. 8) Regulations 2021.

Regulation 10 of these Regulations comes into force on 23rd August 2021.

Otherwise, these Regulations come into force at 4.00 a.m. on 8th August 2021.

These Regulations extend to England and Wales and apply in relation to England only.

In these Regulations “the Principal Regulations” means the Health Protection (Coronavirus, International Travel and Operator Liability) (England) Regulations 20212.
