Amendments to the Education (Supply of Information about the School Workforce) (No.2) (England) Regulations 20074.

The Education (Supply of Information about the School Workforce) (No.2) (England) Regulations 20076 are amended as follows.

In regulation 8(2) (persons to whom the Secretary of State may supply information for qualifying purposes) omit sub-paragraphs (e), (f) and (k).

In Part 2 of Schedule 1 (provision of information by schools and authorities), after paragraph 12, insert—

“12A.

In relation to each person who is a qualified teacher and who is serving an induction period in accordance with the Education (Induction Arrangements for School Teachers) (England) Regulations 20127, whether that person is serving the first three school terms or the second three school terms of that induction period.”
