Explanatory note

Amendment of regulation 3J3.

In regulation 3J (testing requirements on eligible travellers (non-workers)), in paragraph (9A), after sub-paragraph (f) insert—

“(fa)

a person described in paragraph 12 (transit passengers) of Schedule 4;”.
