The principal Regulations are amended as follows.

In Schedule 3 (Category 3 countries and territories), for the existing text substitute “There are no countries or territories specified in this Schedule.”.

In paragraph 4 of Schedule 13, omit “Angola”, “Botswana”, “Eswatini”, “Lesotho”, “Malawi”, “Mozambique”, “Namibia”, “Nigeria”, “South Africa”, “Zambia” and “Zimbabwe”.
