Explanatory note

Amendment to regulation 1612.

Regulation 16 (requirement to ensure passengers have completed a Passenger Locator Form) is amended as follows.

In paragraph (2), after sub-paragraph (aa)7 insert—

“(ab)

to whom Schedule 4A applies who is in possession of the written confirmation described in paragraph 1(4)(b) or (8)(d) of that Schedule;”.
