PART 2Amendments to the 2015 Order
Amendment to Part 1, Class D8.
In Class D of Part 1 of Schedule 2, in paragraph D.1.—
(a)
at the end of sub-paragraph (c) omit “or”;
(b)
at the end of sub-paragraph (d) for “.” substitute “; or”;
(c)
“(e)
the dwellinghouse is built under Part 20 of this Schedule (construction of new dwellinghouses).”.
