PART 1Introduction

Interpretation2.

In these Regulations—

“the 2010 Regulations” means the Care Planning, Placement and Case Review (England) Regulations 2010 M1;

“the 2011 Regulations” means the Fostering Services (England) Regulations 2011 M2; and

“the relevant period” means the period beginning with the 24th April 2020 and ending with the 25th September 2020.
