Coming into force in accordance with regulation 1

The Minister for the Cabinet Office makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 23(1) and (2) of, and paragraphs 21(b) and 26 of Schedule 7 to, the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 20181, and section 41(1) and (2) of the European Union (Withdrawal Agreement) Act 20202.

In accordance with paragraph 15(1) of Schedule 7 to the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, a draft of this instrument has been laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
