Amendment of the Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) (England) (No. 4) Regulations 20202.
In the Schedule to the Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) (England) (No. 4) Regulations 2020—
(a)
in paragraph 30—
(i)
number the existing text as sub-paragraph (1);
(ii)
after sub-paragraph (1), as so numbered, insert—
“(2)
Sub-paragraph (1) does not prevent a farm from operating a business selling or supplying Christmas trees in accordance with paragraph 54.”;
(b)
after paragraph 53, insert—
“54.
Businesses selling or supplying natural Christmas trees.”.
