Amendment of regulation 29123.
In regulation 291(form and content of advertisement), after paragraph (4) insert—
“(5)
Paragraph (2)(d) is subject to regulation 291A (campaigns relating to the suspected or confirmed spread of pathogenic agents etc.).”.
