Appointment of manager by Tribunal

66Appointment of manager: breach of redress scheme requirements

In section 24(2) of the LTA 1987 (grounds for appointment of manager)—

(a)

omit the “or” at the end of paragraph (ac);

(b)

after paragraph (ac) insert—

“(ad)

where the tribunal is satisfied—

(i)

that any relevant person has breached regulations under section 100(1) of the Leasehold and Freehold Reform Act 2024 (requirement to join redress scheme), and

(ii)

that it is just and convenient to make the order in all the circumstances of the case;”.
