Citation, commencement and interpretation1.

These Regulations may be cited as the Coronavirus Act 2020 (Suspension: Disposal of Bodies) (Scotland) Regulations 2021 and come into force on 9 July 2021.

In these Regulations, “the Act” means the Coronavirus Act 2020.
