Restriction on public gatherings outdoors in a Level 1 area8.
In schedule 2, paragraph 8(1) (restriction on public gatherings outdoors in a Level 1 area)—
(a)
in head (a), omit “, in the period to 18 November 2020, of no more than six persons from no more than two households, and from 19 November 2020,”, and
(b)
for head (b), substitute—
“(b)
consists of no more than eight persons who are all under 18 years of age, where at least one person in the gathering has attained 12 years of age but has not attained 18 years of age,”.
